Job Overview:
The Operations Intern will support the day-to-day functioning of the Creative
Team by managing operational tasks, coordinating administrative processes, and
ensuring smooth workflow across all sub-teams. The role requires strong
organizational, analytical, and communication skills to maintain efficiency
and accuracy in all operations-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Freelancer & Vendor Management
Send freelancer payment emails and track payment status.
Check, verify, and process vendor bills for accuracy and approval.
Expense & Resource Management
Manage and record creative team expenses.
Maintain and monitor stationery inventory.
Track subscriptions for creative resources such as Shutterstock and Freepik.
Team Coordination & Administration
Update daily attendance on the team group.
Maintain leave and wellness records for the creative team.
System & Process Support
Address system or software issues faced by the team and coordinate with the
Admin Department for resolutions.
Prepare and organize data, reports, and presentations for weekly meetings and
BRMs.
Organize and maintain an efficient folder structure for easy access and data
management.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Good communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
