Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Are you a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR? If so,

Work Technology! As an HR intern with us, you will have the chance to gain

hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and interview coordination.

Your knowledge of MS Excel, along with your excellent written and spoken

English proficiency, will be essential in assisting our HR team with various

tasks.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting initial

screenings, and scheduling interviews.

2\. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing

documents and conducting orientation sessions.

3\. Manage interview coordination, including scheduling interviews, sending

confirmations, and providing feedback to candidates.

4\. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR system and Excel

spreadsheets.

5\. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement

programs and performance reviews.

6\. Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry,

and preparing reports.

7\. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient HR

experience for all employees.
