Product Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Product understanding & research: Learn the features, benefits, and unique

selling points (USPs) of the product. Stay updated with product updates,

improvements, and new releases. Understand competitor products to communicate

better value.

2\. Customer engagement: Interact with potential users through online/offline

channels. Answer customer inquiries about the product's features and usage.

Collect feedback from users to understand their needs and challenges.

3\. Product promotion & awareness: Promote the product across social media

platforms, communities, and student groups. Create simple content like short

posts, reels, or stories to highlight product benefits. Represent the product

at college events, workshops, or webinars.

4\. Brand representation: Act as the face of the product within student

communities or online networks. Maintain a professional and positive brand

image in all interactions. Participate in promotional campaigns and brand

activities.

5\. Lead generation & outreach: Identify potential users and share product

information with them. Encourage sign-ups, registrations, or product trials.

Maintain a list of leads and track their engagement.

6\. Feedback & reporting: Gather product feedback from users and share

insights with the team. Report daily activities, outreach results, and content

performance. Suggest improvements based on user behaviour and market trends.
