We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR recruiter intern to
support our hiring team. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about
recruitment and HR processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and
referrals.
2\. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3\. Call candidates to explain job roles and schedule interviews.
4\. Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
5\. Maintain candidate data and update records in HR systems.
6\. Support the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
7\. Learn end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

Following our systematic growth plan, we transformed our PVT LTD outfit named ROCKET-DEALS PRIVATE LIMITED last year in August. We are the biggest channel partner in the west region for Yes Bank personal loan, IDFC Bank personal loan, Shriram Finance, Aditya Birla Personal Loan, etc. We want to hire good talent to support our expansion plan.
