Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Screening potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify

suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies

2\. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates

3\. Sourcing profiles for senior, and mid-senior level positions and own the

end-to-end hiring process which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling,

closing, and onboarding for the candidates

4\. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information

and employment details

5\. Understanding the company and the value proposition in-depth - work

towards sourcing candidates for the company
