Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-

on experience in various aspects of HR functions within a dynamic and fast-

paced environment. You will work closely with our Founder to support

recruitment, HR documentation, employee relations, etc.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist with recruitment efforts, including creating JDs, posting job

openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.

2\. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing

paperwork.

3\. Assist with employee relations activities

4\. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

5\. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with

stakeholders.

6\. Prepare HR documentation
