Growth Intern - Internship

IITM and VIT, we're backed by Entrepreneurs First with design partnerships at

Google and other major companies. We're already processing millions of agent

calls monthly and now need someone to help us scale our reach.

You'll work directly with founders on:

* Running outbound campaigns to MCP server creators and conversational AI companies

* Building and managing prospect lists of devtools and enterprise AI companies

* Crafting and A/B testing cold email and LinkedIn sequences

* Booking discovery calls and managing our sales pipeline

* Tracking metrics and optimizing our outreach strategy based on data

* Researching and identifying new market segments and potential design partners

Looking for:

* Hustle and persistence - you're not afraid of rejection and learn from every interaction

* Strong communication and writing skills - you can craft compelling, personalized messages

* Self-directed with high agency - you find ways to get things done

* Data-driven mindset - you track what works and double down on it

* Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, or similar outbound platforms is a big bonus

* Interest in AI/agent infrastructure (technical background a plus, not required)
