Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

resolution.
3\. Maintaining accurate customer records and communication logs.
4\. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall
customer experience.
5\. Providing administrative support such as data entry and file management.
6\. Utilizing MS-Office tools for documentation and reporting.
7\. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve
customer service strategies.
