Talent Acquisition - Internship

Are you a talented individual with a passion for talent acquisition and

recruitment? Spinny is looking for a dynamic talent acquisition intern to join

our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on

experience in recruitment, human resources, negotiation, effective

communication, coordination, and more. If you have strong English proficiency

(spoken and written) and are proficient in MS Excel, we want to hear from you!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and

interviewing candidates.

2\. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.

3\. Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the

recruitment process.

4\. Support in negotiating offers and closing candidates.

5\. Assist with onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.

6\. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in MS Excel.

7\. Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
