and enthusiastic digital storyteller who can amplify our mission online and

help us engage supporters effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Kiwanis New Delhi's presence across all major social media

platforms

Create compelling content: posts, short videos/reels, graphics, stories,

campaigns, etc.

Plan and execute weekly/monthly social media calendars in alignment with NGO

initiatives

Cover events, take photos/videos, and publish real-time updates

Handle website updates, announcements, and basic improvements

Engage with the online community comments, messages, collaborations, etc.

Track performance using analytics and provide monthly reporting

Support communication and branding for fundraising & awareness campaigns

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media/digital marketing (NGO experience is a

plus)

Strong content creation skills especially short-form video editing

Good command of English & Hindi for content writing and communication

Familiarity with Canva / Adobe tools for graphic design

Basic knowledge of website CMS (WordPress preferred)

Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and multitask

Passion for social impact and youth-driven community service
