Video Editor - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Ad and content editing execution: Edit short-form and long-form videos for

ads, social media, and content platforms. Turn raw footage, scripts, or briefs

into high-retention, platform-ready videos.

2\. Creative coordination: Work closely with performance marketing, content,

and founders to understand creative intent. Iterate fast on feedback and ship

multiple versions without quality drop.

3\. Performance-driven editing: Edit with a strong sense of hooks, pacing,

retention, and watch-time. Support A/B testing by creating multiple cuts,

hooks, and formats.

4\. Asset management and process: Maintain clean project files, version

control, and export structures. Help document editing workflows, presets, and

SOPs for speed and consistency.

5\. Ownership and leverage: Take ownership of assigned videos from brief to

final export. Operate like a creative operator, not just an editor following

instructions.
