Purchase - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist the management in sourcing materials, products, and services from

approved vendors

2\. Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders

3\. Help compare supplier quotations and maintain price records

4\. Coordinate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and

basic queries

5\. Maintain and update procurement data, records, and documentation

6\. Assist in inventory tracking and reporting stock requirements

7\. Support invoice verification and follow up with finance/accounts teams

8\. Conduct basic market research for new suppliers and products

9\. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

10\. Provide general administrative support to the purchasing department
