Video Editor - Internship

About the Internship:

To produce engaging, high-quality videos for JR Classes' YouTube channel,

Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms, along with professional

editing of lecture videos for our Class 11 & 12 online courses (Economics,

Business Studies, Mathematics, Accounts). The goal is to attract and retain

student attention, drive course purchases, and deliver polished course content

for our e-learning platforms.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Social Media Video Creation Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and

YouTube Shorts with high audience retention potential. Select trending audio

tracks and background music that match the target audience's preferences.

Create videos with strong opening hooks to capture attention in the first 3

seconds. Adapt educational lectures into short, engaging, and shareable clips.

2\. YouTube & Long-Form Editing: full-length lectures, promotional videos, and

course previews for YouTube. Add smooth transitions, animated text, and

relevant graphics. Enhance video and audio quality for a professional look.

3\. Online Course Video Editing: Edit recorded lectures for online course

delivery (Economics, Business Studies, Maths, Accounts). Remove unnecessary

pauses, background noise, and errors to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Add captions, diagrams, and highlight key points for better understanding.

Ensure videos meet platform-specific requirements for JR Classes' learning

portals.

4\. Ad Creatives for Meta & Other Platforms: Design and edit video ads

tailored for Facebook and Instagram ad placements. Apply ad video best

practices to maximize engagement and conversions. Coordinate with the

marketing team to align creatives with running campaigns.

5\. Collaboration & Brand Consistency: Work closely with faculty, marketing,

and graphic designers to ensure all videos follow JR Classes' branding

guidelines. Maintain consistent fonts, colors, logos, and visual style.

6\. File & Asset Management: Maintain organized project files and backups of

all raw and edited content.
