Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in managing customer communications and follow-ups under guidance,

ensuring timely responses and coordination.

2\. Support data entry and maintenance of customer records, reports, and CRM

documentation.

3\. Help with basic project tasks such as scheduling, preparing training

materials, and coordinating with internal teams.
