Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

About the job:

We're looking for a ' Content & Social Media Marketing Intern' who understands

social media trends, communicates clearly, and stays organised. Your role will

include tracking deliverables, coordinating with the marketing team, and

making sure projects move smoothly.

As a Social Media Intern, you will support our marketing team in developing,

implementing, and monitoring our social media strategies. You'll gain hands-on

experience with content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics, while

working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

1\. Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social

media platforms (e.g., Meta, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

2\. Monitor social media interactions and messages in a timely manner.

3\. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify new

opportunities for engagement.

4\. Help track and analyze social media metrics.

5\. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and

alignment with overall marketing goals.

6\. Support the development of social media campaigns and promotional

activities.

7\. Assist in brainstorming and executing creative ideas for social media

content.

Requirements:

1\. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing,

Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

2\. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best

practices.

3\. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially in Hindi and

English languages).

4\. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5\. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., experience with Canva or Adobe Creative

Suite) are a plus.

6\. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for social media

and digital marketing.

7\. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing in video

production.

8\. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced

environment.
