Role Overview:

You will support HR Business Partners across the employee lifecycle, from

onboarding to offboarding, while driving engagement initiatives and training

programs. The role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction through regular

check-ins, coordinating events, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

for new joiners.

The Role:

1\. Assist HR Business Partners with various aspects of the employee

lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

2\. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee

satisfaction and retention.

3\. Plan and coordinate monthly engagement activities and events to celebrate

team achievements and milestones.

4\. Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and promote a

positive work environment.

5\. Support in coordinating training sessions, workshops and skill development

programs.

6\. Support new joiners by facilitating onboarding activities and ensuring a

welcoming experience.

Qualification:

1\. Currently, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or

a related field.

2\. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building

strong relationships.

3\. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities

simultaneously.

4\. Creative and proactive, with an eagerness to bring new ideas for employee

engagement.

5\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of any HRMS is a plus.

AgroStar is a direct-to-farmer e-commerce platform through which farmers can procure agri-inputs needed for their farms by simply giving a missed call on our platform and eventually accessing our mobile app. AgroStar is headquartered in Pune and currently operates in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Farmers in these states can procure an entire range of good-quality and branded agri-inputs like seeds, crop nutrition, crop protection, and agri-hardware products through the company's e-commerce platform.
