General Management - Internship

We are looking for Entrepreneurial Leaders (EIRs) who are passionate about

startups, innovation, and leadership, and who aspire to build and lead

companies as future CEOs, COOs, or CTOs. As a Management Intern / EIR, you

will work directly with the Founding Team on high-impact projects across

various verticals. You'll gain first-hand exposure to the startup ecosystem,

strategy execution, fundraising, and technology implementation leading one or

more projects from concept to execution. This is not a traditional internship

it's an opportunity to co-create ventures, make strategic decisions, and earn

significant equity based on performance and contribution.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Lead and manage projects across domains such as AI, AgriTech, ClimateTech,

or FinTech.

2\. Work closely with the Founder/CEO to execute business strategy,

operations, partnerships, and product development.

3\. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business

opportunities.

4\. Coordinate with cross-functional teams technology, product, and marketing

to deliver results.

5\. Assist in investor communication, business modeling, and fundraising

strategy.

6\. Represent the company in startup programs, accelerators, and ecosystem

events.
