Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assisting in interior & architectural design development
2\. Preparing working drawings (plans, sections, and details)
3\. Basic 3D modeling & visualization support
4\. Material research & sample coordination
5\. Site visits, measurements, and execution understanding
6\. Assisting in client presentations & revisions
7\. Supporting senior designers in day-to-day studio work

I am Arzu Gajjar, founder & principal designer of our organisation, responsible for both creative direction and day-to-day operations of the studio. We work in: 1\. Design lead: Concept development, space planning, material selection, and final design approvals 2\. Client interface: Client meetings, requirement understanding, design presentations, and revisions 3\. Project execution: Site visits, coordination with contractors, carpenters, vendors, and consultants 4\. Quality control: Ensuring drawings, finishes, and execution match studio standards 5\. Team & intern management: Guiding interns, allocating tasks, reviewing work, and mentoring 6\. Studio operations: Office management, timelines, basic administration, and workflow discipline 7\. Brand & growth: Hiring, job postings, social media presence, and studio positioning
