Recruitment - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Portal management: Actively manage and source candidates from job portals

like Naukri, Apna, and other recruitment platforms

2\. Candidate screening & engagement: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate

interviews, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the

hiring process

3\. AI recruitment tools: Utilize proprietary AI/data-driven systems for

candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking to maximize placement efficiency

4\. End-to-end recruitment: Own the candidate journey from initial contact,

scheduling, conducting screenings, and managing feedback loops with clients

and candidates

5\. Candidate counseling: Provide tailored career counseling and placement

support, focusing on preparing candidates for the modern job market

6\. Database management: Maintain organized candidate databases and ensure all

recruitment data is accurately tracked and updated
