Management Consultant Intern - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Setting up virtual meetings with clients and understanding their

requirements.

2\. Performing business performance audits at clients' places and interacting

with their customers, partners, vendors, and team members.

3\. Management consulting based on strategy and business plan.

4\. Making a business plan and execution roadmap.

5\. Designing marketing, sales, brand, and customer experience programs and

assisting/reviewing/guiding clients in executing the same.

6\. Analyzing the finances of the client.

7\. Auditing and improving systems, processes, and technology for the client.

8\. Creating reports and presentations.

9\. Conducting industry and market research.

10\. Conducting training based on client gaps and expectations.

11\. A strategy review and hand-holding/mentoring organizations for business

and growth.

12\. Limited traveling within Mumbai, as per the requirement.
