Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at PrimePathway, you will have

English proficiency, client interaction skills, and knowledge of MS-Excel will
be put to the test. You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening
client relationships, managing customer acquisition strategies, and providing

Key responsibilities:

address their inquiries and concerns.
2\. Utilizing MS-Excel to track and analyze customer data, trends, and
feedback.
3\. Interacting with clients to gather feedback and improve overall customer
satisfaction.
4\. Implementing client relationship management strategies to build long-
lasting partnerships.
5\. Assisting with customer acquisition efforts through various marketing and
outreach initiatives.
6\. Providing timely and effective support to clients through phone, email,
and chat channels.
7\. Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and positive customer
experience.
