Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Identify and source potential candidates through various channels and

databases.

2\. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including screening,

scheduling, and follow-ups.

3\. Post openings and manage candidate pipelines using various job portals and

recruitment platforms.
