Backend (Django And Python Developer) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Work on building and maintaining backend services and APIs.
2\. Collaborate with the team to design scalable and efficient solutions.
3\. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
4\. Assist in debugging, testing, and optimizing database queries.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
1\. Framework: Proficiency with Django
2\. Backend: Strong understanding of Python and backend fundamentals.
3\. Databases: Familiarity with both relational (NoSQL) and non-relational
(MongoDB) databases.
4\. Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
5\. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
6\. Passion for football/sports essential to align with StepOut's mission and
culture.
