Telecalling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Make outbound calls to customers using the company-provided database
2\. Follow up on leads generated from TradeIndia, IndiaMART, Justdial and
other platforms
3\. Understand customer requirements related to laptops, desktops, printers,
IT accessories and solutions
4\. Share basic product information, pricing details and offers with customers
5\. Coordinate with the APG sales team to get accurate product details and
availability
6\. Share quotations with customers via WhatsApp or email
7\. Maintain proper lead records, call status and follow-up details in Excel
8\. Schedule callbacks and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into
sales
9\. Assist in achieving daily calling and lead conversion targets
10\. Maintain professional communication and represent APG Indian Technologies
positively
