Sales Operations & Coordination - Internship

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven team member to act as the
central coordination and follow-up backbone of our sales function. The role
requires owning customer data and follow-ups across WhatsApp, trade shows, and
face-to-face sales, ensuring that no enquiry, lead, or key customer
interaction is missed due to lack of tracking or coordination.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Maintain and organise customer records across multiple branches
2\. Coordinate participation in exhibitions and trade shows, including passes,
scheduling, and lead capture
3\. Create post-exhibition reports with structured data and follow-up plans
4\. Manage timely WhatsApp communications for festivals, exhibitions, and
important business updates
5\. Track enquiries, follow-ups, and sales status, and nudge sales personnel
when action is due
The role is operations-heavy and requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills,
clear communication, and comfort working behind the scenes to bring structure,
discipline, and consistency to the sales process. It is not a sales pitching
role, but a critical enablement role that supports revenue by improving
execution.
Note:
1\. You will be the single point of truth for customer data, follow-ups, and
exhibition leads- ensuring no opportunity is lost due to a lack of
coordination
2\. Clear communication and management of information are critical to this
role
