Recruitment - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional

platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and update daily trackers.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.

Support the HR team in onboarding and documentation activities.
