Client Engagement & Business Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Draft and manage professional outbound emails to corporate executives and
partners
2\. Follow up on emails and assist in fixing meetings and calls
3\. Maintain communication logs and interaction trackers
4\. Support preparation for video conferences (agenda notes, background
research, call summaries)
5\. Assist in lead tracking and pipeline management2 Support outreach
campaigns (email-based, research-driven)
6Help prepare introductory notes, short briefs, and follow-up messages
7.Co-ordinate internally to ensure timely responses and updates
8\. Maintain structured databases of: Prospective clients, contacts and
stakeholders
9\. Clean, update, and organize Excel/Google Sheets regularly
10\. Assist in basic research and data validation when required
11\. Schedule meetings across time zones
12\. Maintain calendars and follow-up reminders
13\. Prepare short internal summaries after calls or interactions
14\. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Targets & performance metrics:
1\. Email Outreach: 20-30 personalised emails per day. no copy paste or bulk
emailing, targeted approach as specified
2\. Expected response rate: 8-10%
3\. LinkedIn outreach: 15-20 relevant connection requests per day, 5-7
relevant group requests per day and expected acceptance rate: 25-30%
4\. Video Meetings: 2-4 qualified video calls per week, minimum 30 minutes
with a decision-maker (director/VP CXO/founder)
5\. Daily updates to outreach and follow-up trackers
6\. Accuracy and professionalism are mandatory
