Data Management Intern ( Full Time ) - Internship

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, India, for a Data

Management Intern. The intern will assist in organizing, managing, and

maintaining data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities include

supporting data governance efforts, monitoring data quality, contributing to

master data management initiatives, and analyzing data to support decision-

making. The role will involve closely collaborating with various stakeholders

to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources

* Maintain and update data sheets, trackers, and dashboards

* Support the team with data analysis and reporting requirements

* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs

* Document data processes and maintain basic SOPs

Required Skills:

* Strong working knowledge of **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of **SQL** (select queries, joins, filters)

* Good **communication skills** ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

* Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Good to Have:

* Exposure to data visualization tools (Google Sheets dashboards, Power BI, etc.)

* Prior internship or academic project in data analysis

* **Duration:** Internship (with potential for conversion based on performance)
