Project Coordinator Intern

Location: Bengaluru,Karnataka, India

Duration: 3 Months

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support our tech and

product teams in managing multiple ongoing projects. The intern will assist in

tracking project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams,

maintaining documentation, and ensuring tasks move smoothly from planning to

execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to

learn how technology projects are managed end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

\- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project timelines and

deliverables.

Coordinate between Product, Design, Development, and Testing teams to ensure

alignment.

\- Maintain project documentation, including task lists, meeting notes, and

status reports.

\- Support the creation and updating of dashboards and trackers (e.g., project

progress, resource allocation).

\- Schedule and follow up on project meetings, capturing action items and

ensuring timely closures.

\- Monitor task dependencies, risks, and delays, and escalate to project leads

as needed.

\- Help with testing coordination and validation during product release

cycles.

Support the handover process between teams by ensuring documentation

completeness.

\- Participate in weekly review meetings and share progress updates.

Requirements

\- Bachelor's degree (pursuing or recent graduate) in Engineering, IT,

Business, or Management.

\- Strong organizational and communication skills.

\- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Docs, and basic understanding of

project tools (preferred).

\- Interest in technology, product management, or operations.

\- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

\- Basic understanding of project management concepts and lifecycle.

\- Good written and verbal communication skills.

\- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
