Social Media Marketing - Internship

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Social Media Intern to help build and grow Zepcruit's digital

presence. This role is ideal for someone creative, disciplined, and eager to

learn brand communication in a startup environment.

Working Days: 5 days a week

Duration - 3 Months (Full Time Opportunity based on performance)

Stipend: Up to 5,000/month (based on performance)

Responsibilities:

Create and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms

Assist with captions, creatives, and short-form content

Track engagement and performance metrics

Research trends related to hiring, careers, and startups

Support employer branding initiatives

Skills Required:

Strong written communication skills

Basic understanding of social media platforms

Creativity and attention to detail

Familiarity with Canva or similar tools (preferred)

Ability to take feedback and improve
