Software Sales - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Lead Generation & Outreach:

1\. Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, and other

platforms.

2\. Make cold calls, send emails, and connect on social media to initiate

conversations.

B. Client Interaction:

1\. Understand client requirements and present software solutions accordingly.

2\. Conduct product demos (online/offline) to showcase features and benefits.

3\. Follow up with prospects to answer queries and clarify doubts.

C. Sales Support & Documentation:

1\. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

2\. Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools (like Bitrix24,

HubSpot, etc.).

3\. Track sales pipelines and report progress to the sales manager.

D. Collaboration & Coordination:

1\. Coordinate with the technical team for product demos and client

requirements.

2\. Work with marketing to align campaigns and generate leads.

E. Market Research & Feedback:

1\. Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.

2\. Gather client feedback to improve product positioning and sales

strategies.

F. Target Achievement:

1\. Work towards monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

2\. Follow up on pending deals to ensure closure.
