AI Social Media Content Creator (Local & Property Focus) - Internship

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI content creator to lead the

development of a unique digital persona (AI influencer). This role is not

about 'generic' posting; it is about merging cutting-edge AI technology with

hyper-local data to create two distinct content streams:

1\. The South East Sydney insider: A guide to the best restaurants, hidden

businesses, and lifestyle gems in suburbs like Mascot, Botany, and Maroubra.

2\. The property pro: An AI-led educator providing guides on self-managing

properties and scouting residential/commercial 'finds.'

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. AI persona management: Use AI tools (Gemini, Google AI Labs, Midjourney,

ElevenLabs) to maintain a consistent visual and vocal identity for our digital

influencer.

2\. Hyper-local research: Identify trending spots and "hidden gems" in South

East Sydney through social listening and local data.

3\. Educational scripting: Translate complex property management concepts into

engaging, easy-to-follow scripts.

4\. Multi-channel content creation: Design and edit high-quality reels,

TikToks, and carousel posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

5\. Trend integration: Stay updated on the latest AI video tools and social

media algorithms to ensure our content remains at the 'cutting edge.'
