offering a wide range of innovative solutions such as STEM kits, sensor

modules, development boards, and robotics accessories. We are committed to

making STEM education accessible and engaging for students, educators, and

technology enthusiasts across India and beyond. We are looking for a dynamic,

motivated, and tech-savvy eCommerce & Sales Executive to join our team and

help grow both our online and offline sales channels.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. eCommerce & Online Sales:

1\. Managing and updating product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the

REES52 website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

2\. Coordinating online promotions, discount campaigns, and digital marketing

initiatives to boost sales.

3\. Monitoring sales performance, traffic, and customer feedback to improve

conversions.

4\. Handling online customer inquiries and providing technical or product-

related assistance.

5\. Collaborating with the marketing team to execute SEO, email marketing, and

social media campaigns.

B. Customer Interaction & Lead Conversion:

1\. Calling and following up with potential and interested customers to

explain product details and offers.

2\. Converting leads into confirmed sales through proactive communication and

product knowledge.

3\. Maintaining a database of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or Excel.

4\. Ensuring excellent customer service and building long-term client

relationships.

C. Offline & Institutional Sales:

1\. Identifying and reaching out to schools, colleges, and industries for

robotics and STEM education partnerships.

2\. Generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and field visits.

3\. Presenting REES52's product portfolio and offering customized solutions

for educational and industrial needs.

4\. Working with management to achieve offline sales targets and develop B2B

relationships.
