Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create
job postings.
2\. Use modern sourcing strategies (Pragyan AI-powered - RAPYD Exchange, job
portals, social networks, referrals, etc.) to identify top talent.
3\. Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, and growth potential.
4\. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling,
feedback, and closure.
5\. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
6\. Represent VAYUZ as a brand ambassador during campus drives, events, and
digital hiring initiatives.
7\. Collaborate with the talent management team to ensure smooth onboarding
and integration of new VAYUZers.
