Sales and Marketing - Internship

As a sales and marketing intern at Quillr AI, a dynamic and ground-breaking

US-based startup, you will have the opportunity to work with the team working

on cutting-edge technology in the field of artificial intelligence. Your role

will involve leveraging your computer skills and language proficiency to drive

sales and promote our product offerings to doctors and enterprise clients.

Your interpersonal skills will be key in building relationships with potential

clients and partners.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Lead generation & prospecting: Assist in identifying potential clients

through research and online tools (LinkedIn, industry reports, etc.).

2\. Sales outreach: Support the team in reaching out to prospective clients

via email, phone, WhatsApp and social media to schedule meetings and set up

calls.

3\. Market research: Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging

technologies to contribute to sales strategies.

3\. Generating and maintaining invoices and related documents.

4\. Maintain and update customer information and activity within Google

Sheets, Excel and CRM software (training will be provided for CRM).

5\. Sales presentations: Help in preparing and sending proposals,

presentations, and marketing materials.

6\. Client communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team,

ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.

7\. Sales reporting: Assist in tracking sales activities, preparing reports,

and analyzing performance metrics.
