HR Trainee - Internship
Recruit CRM
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
1\. Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other
databases.
2\. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on eligibility criteria.
3\. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' interest and basic
fit.
4\. Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests.
B. Campus Hiring & Talent Pipeline
1\. Identify and engage with colleges for fresher recruitment.
2\. Coordinate virtual campus drives, including scheduling interviews and
follow-up actions.
3\. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of fresh talent for future hiring
requirements.
C. Recruitment Operations & Coordination
1\. Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment platforms, and hiring
trackers.
2\. Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics with hiring
managers.
3\. Provide support for other operational tasks as needed.
