After Sales Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Coordinate the onboarding process of new franchise partners and ensure

timely machine installations.

2\. Act as the primary point of contact for daily issue resolution and

operational queries.

3\. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring

satisfaction and timely support.

4\. Track, document, and resolve technical or operational issues by

coordinating with internal teams.

5\. Ensure smooth communication between franchisees and the Daalchini

operations/support teams.

6\. Assist in training franchise partners on software, operations, and

customer handling.

7\. Provide feedback and insights to improve franchise support processes.
