Business Consultant - Internship

We are looking for a dynamic business development executive - creator

partnerships who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing

content creators for brand campaigns. The role focuses on building a strong

creator network, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring the smooth execution

of influencer-led marketing campaigns for brands.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Creator acquisition & onboarding:

1\. Identify, recruit, and onboard content creators across platforms such as

Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms

2\. Build and maintain a strong database of creators across multiple niches

(tech, lifestyle, finance, fashion, gaming, etc.)

3\. Evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement rate, audience

relevance, and brand fit

B. Campaign & partnership management:

1\. Pitch campaign opportunities to creators and negotiate commercials,

deliverables, and timelines

2\. Coordinate with internal teams and creators to ensure timely campaign

execution

3\. Manage end-to-end creator partnerships from onboarding to campaign

completion

C. Business development & growth:

1\. Develop scalable strategies to grow the creator ecosystem

2\. Maintain long-term relationships with top-performing creators

3\. Identify new opportunities for creator-led brand campaigns

D. Reporting & compliance:

1\. Track campaign performance and creator deliverables

2\. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign briefs

3\. Maintain proper documentation, contracts, and payment coordination
