Data Entry - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Data Entry & Validation

1\. Accurately enter data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.

2\. Verify and validate data for correctness, completeness, and consistency.

3\. Identify errors, duplicates, or missing information and report them

promptly.

B. Data Management & Documentation

1\. Organize, update, and maintain records systematically.

2\. Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data handling guidelines.

3\. Maintain basic documentation related to data processes.

C. Process Support

1\. Assist the team with routine operational tasks related to data handling.

2\. Follow defined workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3\. Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues.

D. Learning & Skill Development

1\. Demonstrate eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.

2\. Adapt quickly to changing requirements and feedback.

3\. Continuously improve speed and accuracy over the internship period.

E. Professional Conduct

1\. Maintain punctuality and discipline during working hours.

2\. Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding task progress.
