Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes,
scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire
documentation, setting up employee profiles, and facilitating orientation
sessions.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure
compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement
activities, such as team-building events or recognition programs.
Training and Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions and
tracking employee training progress.
Research and Projects: Conduct research on HR trends, policies, or best
practices and support special HR projects as assigned.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR processes align with labor laws and company
policies.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team,
including preparing reports, organizing files, and responding to employee
inquiries.
