Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in managing and updating website content to ensure accuracy,
usability, and a smooth user experience.
2\. Support basic UI/UX improvements, including layout checks, user flow
suggestions, and coordination with designers/developers.
3\. Help execute digital marketing activities such as SEO basics, landing page
updates, campaign tracking, and content optimization.
4\. Monitor website performance and user behavior using basic analytics tools,
and report insights for improvement.
5\. Handle customer service support related to the website, including
responding to queries, reporting issues, and improving user satisfaction.
6\. Assist with social media marketing and management, including content
scheduling, engagement monitoring, basic analytics tracking, and supporting
brand growth across platforms.

Swan Jewels is a start-up company that started last year and works towards the sale of imitation jewelry. We sell through exhibitions, our store, and Instagram for now. We are heading towards digitalization of the company, where I am building a team of interns to work towards the company website and then look after the sales aspect as well.
