Product Management - Internship

Ventura is an omnichannel trading and investment platform with a network of

branches, sub-brokers and digital channels. Founded in 1994, the company is

entering the next phase of growth by pivoting to a digital-first approach and

strengthening its direct-to consumer franchise. The company has carved out a

separate fintech vertical tasked with digital transformation using cutting-

edge technology and bringing in fresh talent.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in product research and competitor benchmarking

2\. Prepare and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature

specs

3\. Collaborate with design and tech teams for UI/UX flow reviews

4\. Help in testing product features before release

5\. Track live issues and feature adoption through data

6\. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

7\. Support in preparing presentations, demo scripts, FAQs, and release notes

8\. Stay updated with trends in stock market, derivatives, ETFs, mutual funds,

etc.
