Support and Operations - Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for a Support and Operations Intern who is enthusiastic,

detail-oriented, and eager to learn. In this role, you will assist the

operations and support teams in ensuring seamless day-to-day execution,

handling client queries, and contributing to internal process improvements.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Provide first-level support to customers through email, chat, and

ticketing systems

2\. Assist the operations team in managing and updating internal systems and

tools

3\. Document client issues, feedback, and operational procedures

4\. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, sales) to resolve

queries

5\. Monitor daily operational metrics and prepare regular reports

6\. Support onboarding and training sessions for new users or clients

7\. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational workflows

8\. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across support and operational records
