Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Sales Operations Intern** to support our

sales and marketing teams by **cleaning, validating, and enriching sales

data**. This role will help ensure that CRM and sales databases remain

accurate, structured, and actionable for outreach and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, standardize, and maintain sales data across CRM and internal databases

(accounts, contacts, leads)

Identify and remove duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records

oEnrich account and contact data, including:

oCompany information (industry, size, location, website)

Decision-maker details (designation, email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)

Research and validate missing data using online sources such as LinkedIn,

company websites, and public databases

Ensure data accuracy and consistency as per defined data standards

Support sales and marketing teams with periodic data audits and updates

Prepare basic trackers or reports on data completeness and quality

Coordinate with sales team members to clarify or validate information when

required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or final-year student (BBA, BCom, MBA, Engineering, or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy

Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; pivot

tables preferred)

Good internet research and data validation skills

Basic understanding of sales, CRM, or lead management concepts (preferred)

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar

is a plus

Good written communication skills
