Event Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Lead generation & calling:

1\. Call leads from our database and social media campaigns.

2\. Share exhibition details and convert leads into stall bookings.

3\. Maintain records of calls and responses.

B. Event coordination:

1\. Support vendor management and logistics before the event.

2\. Assist exhibitors during the exhibition (stall setup, queries,

coordination).

3\. Help with post-event follow-ups and reporting.

C. Social media management:

1\. Respond to queries and build online engagement.
