Data Analytics - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Build and publish Power BI dashboards (with scheduled refresh) covering

capex incurrence vs. budget, capitalization progress, CWIP tracking, and

project governance KPIs.

2\. Create robust Excel models using Power Query, Pivot Tables/Charts, dynamic

arrays, and error handling to produce daily/weekly management reports and

executive summaries.

3\. Own end-to-end data preparation (extract-transform-load), data validation,

exception handling, and reconciliation (e.g., incurrence to capitalization

roll-forward, CWIP movements).

4\. Maintain trackers for key projects and high-value items; support capex

reviews during execution and close-out (milestones, risks, interventions, and

actions).

5\. Assist in preparing management presentations, periodic status updates, and

portfolio snapshots for leadership and review forums.

6\. Identify and implement process improvements (templates, automation,

refresh schedules, metadata standards) to improve reporting timeliness and

data quality.
