Talent Acquisition intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the

manpower planning while utilizing your English proficiency and MS-Excel skills

to excel in the role. Your key responsibilities will include:

1\. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting

interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

2\. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and helping to develop

training programs.

3\. Managing the recruitment database and updating candidate information in

MS-Excel.

4\. Assisting with manpower planning and forecasting to ensure the

organization has the right talent in place.

5\. Collaborating with team members to improve recruitment strategies and

processes.

6\. Providing support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

7\. Contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition team by

taking on additional tasks and projects as needed.
