We facilitate employers and job seekers with equal grace as an NGO to promote performance levels at work workplace as well as statutory benefits for employees. For small enterprises' workforce, self-employed people, unrecognized sector workers, and SHGs, we facilitate compliance with social security for the workforce. Employment generation for placement across domestic and overseas locations, skill recognition for unemployed, under- employed, employed, self-employed, or job loser people for career enhancement, and upskilling for employed or self-employed people for career enhancement. We promote manpower-intensive units under CSR programs to serve our core objective of employment generation, by creating skill trainers in various fields as a 'train the trainer program.'
