Trakart Services is an interior architecture and built-environment firm working across design, execution support, and real estate quality assessment. We specialize in interior architecture, space planning, detailing, and on- ground project coordination for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. A key vertical of Trakart is Assure Inspection, a professional property inspection service that evaluates construction quality, defects, and compliance, helping homebuyers, investors, and developers make informed decisions. Alongside interiors and inspections, we are expanding into hotel and resort consulting, leasing models, and hospitality asset optimization. Our work connects physical spaces with practical systems, combining design thinking with real-world execution and operational insight. Trakart offers interns hands-on exposure to how spaces are designed, built, evaluated, and scaled beyond drawings into real projects.
