I'm Aditya Jha, an independent entrepreneur and operator based in Dubai. Over the past decade, I've built and led large-scale sales and operations teams - including serving as Associate Vice President at BYJU'S and currently leading growth for a UAE-based fintech firm. Alongside my full-time role, I run a series of AI-driven business experiments where I identify real-world problems in sales and operations and collaborate with talented developers to build working tech solutions around them.
